SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
Reminder of Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to have a positive impact on the world - both in the destinations we explore and within our own work environment.

We are committed to creating responsible travel experiences that respect people, the planet, and cultures.

We reduce our environmental footprint. We support local economic development. We foster a healthy and fair working environment. We help preserve cultural heritage. We raise awareness among our travelers and encourage them to adopt responsible behavior during their journeys.
Introduction
We recognize that the environment, communities and cultures within which we operate are vital to the success of our business. Accordingly, we are committed to growing our business in a sustainable manner.

We aim to maximize the positive effects that tourism can have on individuals and local communities, while minimizing the negative social, environmental and economic impacts.

This policy outlines what we have already managed, what we are currently doing, and what we hope to achieve in the future. It defines practices at the core of our product development, operations, and external partner relationships.

This is an ever-evolving project involving our entire company.
Our commitment
We are committed to achieving the following goals:

- Comply with all relevant legislation and embed sustainable development principles into our core practices

- Use our position to drive sustainability within our destination(s)

- Preserve our environment and continually improve our environmental performance

- Optimize our social impact to enhance local livelihoods and prevent tourism leakages

- Provide information, training and support to colleagues and external partners, to engage them towards sustainability
In our offices
- We ensure our employees understand our objectives and are involved in the implementation of our sustainability policy

- We apply a clear social policy, respectful of employee rights and national standards

- We respect our employees, their diversity and advance their wellbeing wherever we can

- We monitor, reduce and manage waste in a responsible way

- We look for ways to reduce our use of natural resources, especially water and energy

- We share best practices and raise awareness on sustainability among our teams and partners

- We communicate on our achievements against our sustainable goals, internally and externally through thorough reporting
On the ground
- We favor collaborations with local businesses reflecting local cultures (hotels, lodges, restaurants, craft shops, artistic and cultural centers).

- We select and collaborate with service providers committed to responsible practices. We support them in improving their sustainability performance.

- We ensure that travels we organize do not have adverse effects on the environment or society, especially sensitive activities that may bring travellers into contact with animals, children or remote communities.

- We promote Responsible Tourism in our industry and to stakeholders we engage with in our destination(s).

- We put our clients and guests at the forefront of our business and help them to make informed decisions when travelling.
Focus on Wildlife Protection
As our core activities revolve around wildlife observation, our code of ethics - shared with all staff and service providers - sets clear expectations on this topic. Our suppliers:

- Ensure that all animal-related activities comply with international animal welfare standards, prohibit feeding wildlife, and maintain a respectful distance from animals.

- Do not offer experiences involving wild animals in captivity, unless strictly regulated and legally compliant.

- Guarantee that wildlife interaction excursions follow established codes of conduct to minimize impact on natural ecosystems.

- Commit not to extract, consume, display, sell, or trade wild species, except as part of regulated, sustainable, and legal practices.

- Actively protect biodiversity and refrain from any practices harmful to ecosystems. They do not offer or promote threatened species (e.g., in menus or souvenirs), in accordance with CITES and the IUCN Red List.
